Seven minutes is not much of a commitment, and that is all a massage near Miramesa costs you in driving. We are straight down Fry Road where it meets FM 529, open until midnight, with free parking in front of the door and a rate that never moves.

Come out of Miramesa onto Fry Road and head south. You will pass Cypress Springs High School and the H-E-B, then meet FM 529 at the light. Turn east and we appear almost immediately on the right at 20151 FM 529 DR #200. Seven minutes is a fair estimate, ten if the school traffic is out. Parking in front is free and the entry is a few steps from the car.

Roughly 2 miles north of us on Fry Road. A good number of guests fold a session into the grocery run.
In the middle of the community. Tennis and sand volleyball players message us afterwards.
Miramesa is a gated six-hundred-acre pocket off Fry Road with its own elementary school, clubhouse, pool and courts — the kind of address people choose for newer houses and quick TX-99 access. That access is also the problem. A daily run down the Grand Parkway to the Energy Corridor eats an hour each way on a bad day, and it lands squarely in the neck and low back.
Because we are only three miles away, guests from here use us like a neighborhood stop rather than an outing. The doors stay open until midnight and unlock again at 9 AM, so a 10 PM arrival is completely normal. $50 (30 min) and $60 (60 min) is the entire price list. Tipping is never required — always appreciated, completely your choice.
